Proactive acne treatment involves the complete management of acne until it is finally healed. 5. Sugar should be avoided; Foods with artificial flavors and preservatives should also be avoided.
6. White Bread? Avoid it. Whole wheat bread is a good substitute.
In addition to the above, for effective proactive acne treatment,
[a] Get eight to nine hours of sleep each day
[b] Carry out a gentle body exercise daily
[c] Keep your hands away from your face and other affected areas
[d] Do not apply cream, oil, ointment or grease of any type to the affected skin areas.
